Why is the chat link sometimes unstable?
Sometimes the chat page disconnects or fails to load. Here's why.
The most likely reason is that you're using the wrong link type.
Many customers have visitors primarily in mainland China but are using the "Global Accelerated Link".
This link is optimized for overseas regions but cannot guarantee stable access from mainland China.
Therefore, if your chat service targets visitors accessing from mainland China, please don't use this link directly.
Solutions:
- You can use "Disposable Links": Specifically optimized for mainland China with acceleration. Each link can be instantly regenerated to prevent blocking — if a link gets blocked while promoting in group chats, simply replace it with a new one.
Please note:
Since maintaining disposable links has operational costs, our platform offers a limited number for Enterprise plan users to try (3 per agent seat). Only the Premium plan includes unlimited disposable link rotation.
- If you don't want to upgrade to Premium yet but still need a stable China mainland link, you can use our "Custom Domain" feature.
Simply bind your own domain to this feature module and add a CNAME record in your DNS settings.

You can bind multiple domains. Once a domain is blocked and unbound, the quota is not released.
